目的:探讨协同式技能训练与自我管理行为引导双轨并行干预在糖尿病视网膜病变患者中的应用效果.方法:以2016年1~6月收治于我院行玻璃体切割术治疗后使用助视器的糖尿病视网膜病变患者80例为研究对象,随机等分为对照组和试验组,对照组接受常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上加用协同式技能训练与自我管理行为引导双轨并行干预,对两组干预后的各相关观察指标进行比较.结果:试验组入选病例干预后疾病自我效能评分、疾病自我管理能力评分、生活质量评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:采用协同式技能训练与自我管理行为引导双轨并行干预模式对糖尿病视网膜病变玻璃体切割术后使用助视器患者实施护理,能够显著提高该类患者疾病自我效能和疾病自我管理能力,并获得生活质量的提高.%Objective:To explore the effect of collaborative skill training and self-management behavior in guiding double-track intervention in patients with diabetic retinopathy.Methods:A total of 80 patients with diabetic retinopathy who used visual aid after vitrectomy in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2016 were selected as objectives and they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group received routine nursing.The experimental group received double-track intervention which combined collaborative skill training and self-management behavior together on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The related observation indexes of the two groups were compared after the intervention.Results:The disease self-efficacy score, disease self-management ability score and quality of life score of the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of collaborative skills training and self-management behavior to guide the double-track intervention in patients with diabetic retinopathy who used visual aid after vitrectomy can significantly improve the self-efficacy of these patients and disease self-management ability, thus improving their quality of life.
