The development of corpus study has greatly influenced the research in linguistics and translation. This paper starts by introducing the importance of the translational corpus in the translation criticism. In the second part of this thesis, the procedures and methods of establishing a parallel corpus for critical translation studies are presented. The application of the parallel corpus is presented. In the last part of this paper, some problems and issues in the present corpus-based translation criticism study and the potential of corpus research in the future are briefly discussed.%语料库的发展对语言研究以及与语言研究密切相关的翻译研究产生了很大影响。该文从翻译语料库对翻译批评研究的重要意义入手，重点介绍了适用于翻译批评研究的平行语料库的建库步骤和方法，对语料库的相关应用进行探讨，同时对语料库在翻译研究中的发展方向和存在的问题进行了分析。
