创新型技能人才是当前产业转型升级时期高职教育的人才培养目标.实践教学是高职教育教学体系中的重要组成部分、直接关系到高职教育的人才培养目标能否实现,实践场所是实践教学实施的重要保障条件.基于此,从创新能力培养出发,首先对理实一体化教学模式的特点进行了归纳分析,以高职电子类专业为例,从功能设计、布局设计两方面介绍了理实一体化实训室的建设经验.依托该实训室开展了理实一体化教学、创新设计竞赛和创客教育等一系列活动,实践表明,该模式在培养高职学生的创新能力方面具有一定的成效.%The educational target is to train innovative skilled talents for higher vocational college during the period of industrial transformation and upgrading.Practice teaching is an important part of vocational college teaching system,and directly affects the realization of the target.Training room is an important guarantee condition for practice teaching.Based on the training of innovative skilled talents,this paper analyzed the characters of integrated teaching firstly,and introduced the building experience of integrated training room which contained functional design and layout design,by taking the electronic specialty of higher vocational college as an example.Some teaching activities have been conducted in the integrated training room such as integrated teaching,innovative design competition and maker education.The result shows that the building mode of integrated training room is effective in the cultivation of students' innovation ability.
