个别化教学是实现新课程改革及教育素质理念的有效保障,也是实现教育公平与效率的重要途径。通过文献计量法,总结近年来个别化教学相关发展规律,对个别化教学的内涵、价值等方面进行深入分析,并对个别化教学实施的可能性进行探讨。%We need to fully grasp the research course, value idea, implementation status of individualized teaching because individualized teaching is not only the guarantee to meet the new curriculum reform and the quality of education concept, but al⁃so an important way to realize education fairness and efficiency. Firstly, the author use the bibliometrics to summarize the rules of Individualized teaching research, and then, research the document content deeply, analyze the connotation and value of the individualized teaching. At last, probe into the possibility of the individualized teaching.
