Objective To compare with the antibacterial action of ShuangHuangLian injection and its main effective components on gram-positive bacterium and gram-negative bacterium. Methods MIC of ShuangHuangLian injection and its main effective components against Staphylococci aureus and Escherichia coli were determined by the agar dilution and plating count method. Results ShuangHuangLian injection and coffee acid had good antibacterial action on Staphylococcus aureus. Conclusion ShuangHuangLian injection had better inhibitory action on Staphylococcus aureus than on Escherichia coli.%目的 比较双黄连粉针与其中主要有效成分对革兰氏阳性菌与革兰氏阴性菌的抗菌作用.方法 琼脂二倍稀释法与菌落计数结合法测定双黄连粉针及其中的主要有效成分对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希杆菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC).结果 双黄连粉针及咖啡酸对金黄色葡萄球菌有较好的抑制作用.结论 双黄连粉针对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用优于大肠埃希杆菌.
