With the increase of college graduates, the continued weakness of world economy and the slowing economic growth of China, the employment situation of poverty-stricken students in private secondary colleges is increasingly severe. Under this background, the employment psychology of them plays an important in their career selection. Starting from an analysis on the characteristics of their employment psychology, this paper proposes corresponding countermeasures to adjust it.%随着高校毕业生总量的不断攀升、世界经济的持续疲软以及我国经济增长速度放缓，民办二级学院家庭经济困难生的就业形势日益严峻。在此背景下，民办二级学院家庭经济困难生的就业心态对就业选择具有重要的影响作用。本文从分析困难生就业心态的特点入手，提出相应的调适民办二级学院家庭经济困难生就业心态的对策。
