University graduates with difficulties in employment constitute the main part among people with difficulties in em-ployment, so it is important to effectively carry out the career guidance for them. With the current career guidance in Qinzhou University as the example, this paper analyzes the factors affect-ing the employment of university graduates with difficulties in employment and the features of the factors, and provides some suggestions on solving the problem, such as, making the career planning of students more scientific by enhancing the pertinence of career guidance, making employment services more au-tonomous by making the career guidance more systematical, es-tablishing a professional tutor team.%高校毕业生就业困难群体是就业困难群体中的主要组成部分，做好其职业指导工作极为重要。以钦州学院现行就业指导的实践为例，分析影响高校毕业生就业困难群体就业的因素和特征，将为破解就业困境提供思考：从增强职业指导的针对性，提高学生职业生涯规划的科学性；完善就业指导的系统性，提升就业服务的自觉性；构建职业指导队伍的专业性，打造一支职业导师队伍，这三个方面入手。
