盘式制动器铜基摩擦片摩擦制动特性的实验研究

         

摘要

In order to study on friction brake between copper base friction plate and brake disc of disc brake, braking principle of disc brake is analyzed.Experiment of friction property about copper base friction plate is conducted, which explores changing laws of friction coefficient and wear rate under different brake speed and different brake pressure respectively.It is shown that when brake pressure is 30 N, friction coefficient increases gradually with time and then tends to be stable, and the stable mean value is about 0.46;wear rate increases with brake pressure increasing, and decreases with brake speed increasing.Moreover, when brake pressure is 30 N and brake speed is 80 mm/min, the effect of brake is best in the experiment.%为了研究盘式制动器铜基摩擦片与制动盘的摩擦制动特性,分析了盘式制动器制动原理.通过对铜基摩擦片的摩擦特性进行实验,探讨了不同制动速度以及制动压力下摩擦系数和磨损率的变化规律.研究结果表明:制动压力为30 N时,摩擦系数随时间逐渐增大并趋于稳定,稳定后的平均值为0.46;磨损率随制动压力增加而增加,随制动速度的增加而减小;此外,制动压力为30 N、制动速度为80 mm/min时,达到实验中的最佳制动效果.
