永磁同步电动机电流预测控制

         

摘要

A novel current predictive control ( CPC) strategy is proposed which has the advantages of SVM and DTC. Dynamic performance of PMSM speed control system can be improved and torque ripple can be reduced with CPC. Different from the double closed-loop PI control of speed and current of PMSM speed control system, CPC directly gives the switching signal of VSI according to the current prediction error related to the predicted current and current reference produced by speed controller. Therefore, CPC omits current PI controller and PWM, as a result that the dynamic response speed is improved and the torque ripple is reduced. The simulation results verify that the stabilizing MPC has simple structure, small calculation demand, excellent static and dynamic performance and strong robustness.%提出一种新型电流预测控制策略(Current Predictive Control,CPC).综合了矢量控制(Space Vector Modulation,SVM)和直接转矩控制(Direct Torque Control,DTC)的优点,可以有效地提高永磁同步电动机调速系统动态响应速度,同时减小转矩脉动.有别于矢量控制的双闭环速度、电流PI控制结构,CPC通过比较电流预测值与速度控制器提供的电流参考值,根据电流预测误差直接给出电压源逆变器(voltage-source inverter,VSI)最优开关序列,省略了SVM中电流PI控制器和脉宽调制器(pulse width modulation,PWM),提高了系统动态响应速度;同时减小了DTC中由于滞环控制产生的转矩脉动.仿真结果表明了稳定MPC控制器结构简单,计算量小,静、动态性能优异,鲁棒性强.
