A High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) method with caffeine as an internal standard was developed for determination of oxiracetam.The sample was determined by using Luna NH2 (4.6 mm × 250mm,5 μm) column,acetonitrile:water (95∶ 5) as a mobile phase.The column temperature was at 30 ℃.UV detection wavelength was set at 220 nm.Results indicated that the method had good accuracy and recovery rate.The standard curve was linear over the range of 0.04 ~ 0.8 mg/mL,r =0.999 1.It is conclude that the HPLC determination of oxiracetam is consistent with the Kjeldah' s method,and also it is convenient,rapid,reliable.%建立高效液相色谱-内标法测定奥拉西坦的含量.以咖啡因为内标物,Luna NH2(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm)为分析柱,乙腈:水(95∶5)为流动相,检测波长220 nm,柱温30℃.结果表明该方法精密度和回收率良好,奥拉西坦质量浓度浓度在0.04 ~ 0.8 (mg/mL)范围与其峰面积内呈良好线性关系,r=0.999 1.该法与凯氏定氮法测定结果一致,操作简便、快速、可靠,便于奥拉西坦的质量控制.
