Based on the status of shortage of entrepreneurial talent in rural, this paper discussed the way of strengthening the ideological education of agronomy specialty students, and analyzed the pathway of promoting the practical ability, innovation ability and entrepreneurial ability of agronomy students. The purpose is providing a consult for the practice of training the entrepreneurial talent of agronomy specialty.%针对农村应用型创业人才短缺的现状，本文探讨了如何强化农学专业学生专业思想教育的方式，分析了加强农学专业学生实践能力、创新能力、创业能力的培养途径，以期为农学专业创业型人才的培养实践提供参考。
