以英国卡迪夫大学为例,从发展理念、研究与创新规划、研究与创新关系、科研评估管理、科研考核等几个方面,全面分析卡迪夫大学的研究与创新管理体系思想脉络,并对其组织模式进行研究,从中透析出英国大学研究与创新管理体系的内在特征.并以此为启示,对我国研究型大学科研管理体系建设提出几点建议.%This paper takes Cardiff University in the United Kingdom as an example and comprehensively analyzes Cardiff University's ideological context of research and innovation management system from the concepts of development,the planning of research and innovation,the relationships between research and innovation,the management of scientific research evaluation,and the scientific research assessment.Its organizational model has been studied and the intrinsic features of the research and innovation management system of British universities have been dialed out.Based on this enlightenment,we put forward some suggestions for the construction of scientific research management system in China's research universities.
