To establish quantitative determination method of eugenol in compound Xiang Shen Di capsules by Gas Chromatography.Using GC with capillary column HP-5(30m×320μm×0.25μm),FID detector,The colunn heater use temperature programming,Nitrogen was used as carrier gas,the flow rate was 3mL/min.The results showed a good linearity in the range of,20.07μg/mL-160.52μg/mL,y=0.012 33x+0.034 43,r=0.9992,The recovery was 99.60％,and RSD was 1.45％(n=6).The method is sensitive,simple,dependable and stable.It provides a feasible method for the study of the quality standard of compound capsule.%建立复方香参地胶囊中丁香酚含量的气相色谱测定法.色谱柱:HP-5毛细管柱(30m×320μm×0.25μrn);检测器:FID;柱箱:程序升温;载气:氮气;流速:3mL/min.丁香酚在20.07μg/mL～160.52.μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为y=0.012 33x+0.034 43,r=0.9992,加样回收率为99.60％,RSD为1.45％(n=6).此方法灵敏、简便、可靠、稳定,为复方香参地胶囊的质量标准研究提供了可行方法.
