松茸研究进展

         

摘要

松茸是一种纯天然的珍稀名贵食、药用真菌,被誉为“菌中之王”.松茸的子实体中含有多糖、挥发性成分、脂肪酸、氨基酸及甾体等多种组分,在抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗衰老、免疫调节等方面具有较好生物活性.本文对其化学成分、生物活性进行了综述,为松茸的合理开发利用奠定基础.%Tricholoma matsutake is a representative of the valuable mushroom used both as food and medicine,known as "the king of mushrooms".T.matsutake contains lots of effective components such as polysaccharides,volatile components,aliphatic acids,amino acids,steroids,and other components,in anti-tumor,anti-oxidation,anti-aging,immune regulation and so has good biological activity.The chemical components and biological activities were reviewed to improve the rational development and utilization of T.matsutake.
