分析乙肝解毒丸中挥发性化学成分。采用气相色谱－质谱联用技术对乙肝解毒丸中挥发性成分进行分析鉴定。共分离出46个化学成分，经NIST08标准谱库检索，鉴定出34个化合物，占总量的85.4％。有5个化合物相对含量超过5％，分别是长松香芹酮（17.0％）、Chamaecynone（14.1％）、衣兰烯（8.2％）、（＋）－α－长叶蒎烯（7.1％）、4，6，6－三甲基－2－（3－甲基－1，3－二丙烯）－3－氧三环[5.1.0.0（2，4）]辛烷（5.2％）。乙肝解毒丸中挥发性成分主要是倍半萜类化合物。% To analyze the volatile components of HBV antitoxic pills .The volatile compositions were analyzed by GC -MS .Forty six compounds were detected and among them 34 compounds were identified by means of indexing the spectrum storeroom ,representing 85.4% of total amount .And there are five compounds content above 5% ,Longipin -ocarvone(17.0% ) ,Chamaecynone (14.1% ) ,ylangene(8.2% ) ,(1R , 2S ,7R ,8R)-2 ,6 ,6 ,9-tetramethyl -tricyclo[5.4.0.02 ,8]undec-9-ene(7.1% ) ,4 ,6 ,6-trimethyl -2-(3-methylbuta -1 ,3-di-enyl)-3-oxatricyclo[5.1.0.0(2 ,4)]octane(5.2% ) .The important components in HBV antitoxic pills were sesquiterpenoids .
