Nowadays ,the new technology,new products,new industries emerge in an endless stream.Transmission tower manu-factory only to keep pace with the times and apply advanced science ,technology,creativity,"Internet plus",digging digital, networked and intelligent in the production process,putting "Made in China 2025"into fact,moving towards"industry 4.0”, changing from the"manufacturing "to"Intelligent manufacturing ”.Only in this way,transmission tower manufactory may achieve the transformation and upgrad to further enhance the core competitiveness.This paper analyzes the gap and reason be-tween the transmission tower manufactory and"Made in China 2025",and puts forward some measures and suggestions on how to deal with "Made in China 2025".%在新技术、新产品、新产业层出不穷的今天，铁塔制造企业唯有紧跟时代步伐，应用先进的科学技术，发挥创造力，积极推进“互联网＋”，将数字化、网络化、智能化等融合于生产加工过程中，落实“中国制造2025”，迈向“工业4．0”，从“制造”向“智造”转变，才能实现转型升级，才能进一步提高企业的核心竞争力。分析铁塔加工企业与“中国制造2025”存在的差距及原因，并就铁塔加工企业如何应对“中国制造2025”提出了措施和建议。
