为进一步提高地方本科工科类人才的应用实践能力,提升地方本科院校的核心竞争力,结合人才培养实践教学体系内涵,提出一种基于职业能力为导向的实践教学培养体系.对此,文章首先对职业能力内涵进行阐述;其次,结合文献资料法,对地方本科工科人才实践教学体系存在的问题进行分析;根据职业能力内涵,分别从教学内容、教学目标、教学评价、教学管理、教学保障等五个方面对地方本科应用型工科人才培养实践体系进行构建,从而系统的阐述基于职业能力的工科人才培养教学体系策略为工科类人才的培养提供借鉴参考.%In order to further improve the practical ability of engineering undergraduates,to enhanc,e the core competitiveness of local universities,and to combine the connotation of practical teaching system,a practical training system based on professional competence is put forward.Firstly,this paper describes the connotation of vocational ability.Then,it analyzes the problems of the engineering talent practical teaching system of local universities.According to the connotation of vocational ability,the author expounds the teaching content,the teaching goal,the teaching evaluation,the teaching management and the teaching guarantee to build the practical training system for local undergraduate applied engineering talents.This paper expounds the teaching strategy of engineering talents training based on professional ability to provide reference for the training of engineering talents.
