Cooperation of Mainland and Taiwan universities is based on the sharing of teaching resources to achieve the joint talent training of multi-universities, which is not only helpful to enhance students' comprehensive quality, but also helps to promote the Mainland universities to improve its teaching and management system. This paper takes Xuzhou College of Industrial Technology as an example to introduce the exploration and practice of training personnel between the school and the Taiwan universities, and sums up the relevant experience and practice about this training mode.%陆台高校合作,在教学资源共享的基础上跨校联合培养人才,不仅有助于提升学生的综合素质,而且有助于推动大陆高校完善其教学与管理体系.本文以徐州工业职业技术学院为例介绍了该校与台湾高校在开展两校合作跨校培养人才工作方面的探索与实践,总结了该培养模式的有关经验和做法.
