In recent years,with the construction and application of new libraries in Ningxia,the automation and network construction of libraries in Ningxia have made great progress.Libraries in Ningxia area also actively carry out digital reference consultation service,mainly including telephone,E-mail consultation,QQ,and real-time online consulting services for reader through the Dabo and Chinese literature network.But in achieving significant achievements,at the same time,they also showed some drawbacks.Based on this,this paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures,in order to promote the development of digital reference consultation service of libraries in Ningxia.%近年来,随着宁夏地区各图书馆新馆的建成和投入使用,宁夏地区各图书馆的自动化和网络化建设取得了较大的发展.宁夏地区各图书馆同时也积极开展数字参考咨询服务,信息咨询服务项目主要有电话、E-mail咨询、QQ、并通过达博文和中国文献网为读者提供实时网上咨询服务,然而在取得重大成就的同时,也显现出了一些弊端.基于此,本文提出了一些相应的应对措施,以期能够促进宁夏地区各图书馆数字参考咨询的发展.
