Knowledge is the core competitive advantage resources to enterprise's survival. While companies often lacks sufficient innovation knowledge source, which will form a knowledge gap in the enterprise. So enterprise has to orientate and search knowledge source from enterprise's external or internal. The internal tissue's R&D activity is regarded as one of the important knowledge searching behaviors. However, what impact will be the organization's search behavior to the enterprise's absorption ability?
