地方师范院校体育教育专业人才分类培养模式的理论构建

         

摘要

By using literature, logic analysis, survey research and other research methods, taking Hengyang Normal University as actual model, the researcher reconstructs the objectives, criterion and procedure of classification professional-cultivating mode of physical education at the local normal schools, and curriculum system design. This reconstruction focuses on further study, teacher training and self-employment, and is combined with the disadvantages of present professional cultivation of physical education at local normal schools, and guided with development of students influenced by demand of middle school and society. This research is in order to provide reference for innovation on professional-cultivating mode of physical education at local normal schools.%采用文献资料、逻辑分析、实践调查等研究方法,结合地方师范院校体育教育专业人才培养模式存在的弊端,以学生发展为中学和社会需求为导向,提出以学习深造、教师教育和自主创业三个不同方向来重新构建地方师范院校体育教育专业分类人才培养目标以及课程体系模块设计。旨在为地方师范院校体育教育专业人才培养模式的创新提供前期参考。
