Commercial and residential building needs to have a larger space on the first floor to meet the operating requirement. The flexible column grid arrangement in frame structure is easy to meet the requirement, so frame structure is more and more widely used in the design of commercial and residential building. But frame structure has its disadvantages, such as small lateral rigidity, weak seismic capacity and the weak shock-resistance of special-shaped frame and short column and so on.
