In recent years, the RMB exchange rate appreciation has been the hot spot of concern to the world economy. This paper mainly analyzes the causes of the pressure of RMB appreciation and the pros and cons of RMB appreciation, and proposes that China should maintain the steady appreciation of the RMB exchange rate at a reasonable and balanced level in this stage.% 近年来，有关人民币汇率升值问题一直是世界所关注的经济热点。本文主要分析人民币升值压力的成因，以及人民币升值的利弊分析，指出现阶段我国应保持人民币汇率在合理、均衡水平上的稳步升值。
