Based on the latest specialty cultivation program and teaching plan and the education reform practice in Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications and through extensive research of other universities and students, a series of effective measures are put forward to optimize the course structure and modify the cultivation program. An innovative university talent training program with unique features is formed.%本文结合我校新一轮的专业培养方案和教学计划的修订，根据我校教育教学改革的实际，通过对其他高校和学生的广泛调研，提出一系列有效措施，优化课程设置，调整和完善培养方案，制定了具有我校办学特色的本科创新人才培养计划。
