The training system with the combination of production, study and research was researched for the school of mechanical engineering professional characteristics. The operation mechanism with the combination of production, study and research was analyzed. According to petroleum and petrochemical industry depended on our school, the effect and the implementing measures for the undergraduate teaching service are thoroughly'explained by the production, study and research. By the cooperative education of production, study and research, the interactive mechanism of> undergraduate teaching and scientific research was set up, the students' employment competitiveness was enhanced, the engineering experience of the teacher was richened, and the curriculum reform was deepened.%针对机械工程学院学生专业特点,研究“产、学、研有机结合”的培养模式,分析产学研有机结合运行的机制,结合我校依托石油石化深入的阐述了产学研为本科教学服务的作用及实施方法.通过开展产学研合作教育,建立本科教学与科研的互动机制,增强了学生的就业竞争力,丰富了老师的工程经验,并且深化了课程改革.
