民办高校教师工作满意度直接影响到民办高校的教学质量和教师队伍的稳定.文章采用问卷调查法,对安徽省六所民办高校教师工作满意度进行调查,从中获取民办高校教师工作满意度的现状,并深入分析了影响工作满意度的主要因素,从激励的角度提出了提高民办高校教师工作满意度的对策和建议.%Job satisfaction of teachers in private colleges and universities directly affects the quality of teaching and stability of teaching staff. By questionnaire survey, the article surveys job satisfaction of teachers in six private universities of Anhui province, and in-depth analyzes the major influencing factors of job satisfaction. At last, the paper put forward the countermeasures and suggestions about improving job satisfaction of teachers from the perspective of incentives.
