A simple, rapid determination of phthalate esters plasticizer in leather products byHPLC method was developed and evaluated.Phthalate ester plasticizers in leather products were extracted by using cyclohexane as solvent. The extraction was analyzed by HPLC. According to the possible existence ingredients, two kind of quantitative analysis methods were chosed; With the combination of two quantitative analysis methods,, Quatitative curve with good isolation, smooth baselineand repeatability could be achieved. The detection limits are 2 mg/kg for DNP and DNOP,and less than 0.20 mg/kg for the other 20 kinds of phthalate plasticizers. The spiked average recovery varies from 90% to 101% and the relative standard deviation (RSD) of precision experiment is all less than 7%.The proposed method can fully meet the determination requirement of phthalate esters plasticizer in leather products.% 建立了一种简单、快速测定皮革制品中16种邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂的高效液相色谱方法.以正己烷为提取溶剂,于常温下超声提取皮革制品中的邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂,提取物进行高效液相色谱分析.根据可能的存在成份选择二种定量分析方法之一；其二种定量分析方法相互使用,具有分离度好、基线平稳、重现性好等特点,在信噪比S/N=3的条件,除DNP和DNOP的检出限为2.0 mg/kg外,其余14种邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂的检出限均小于0.20 mg/kg,平均加标回收率在90%~101%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于7%,可完全满足皮革制品16种邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂检测的需要.
