Objective To explore the value of serum anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH)to evaluate the ovarian reserve function in women with unilateral ovarian benign cyst before and after laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy. Methods A total of 86 women with unilateral ovarian cyst underwent laparoscopic cystectomy were included. Serum AMH,FSH,E2 levels and AFC before and after surgery were detected. Results A total of 69 cases were divided into endometriosis group(39 cases)and non-endometriosis group(30 cases)according to the pathology completed the study. At the first month,third month and sixth month after the surgery,serum AMH levels were lower with statistical significance when compared to that before surgery (P<0.05),and AMH levels in endometriosis group were lower with statistical significance when compared with that in non-endometriosis group. At the third month after the surgery,serum FSH and E2 levels and antral follicles returned to their original condition. Conclusion Ovarian reserve function is damaged in unilaterally laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy,especially for the endometrial cyst. AMH has a high sensitivity in evaluation of ovarian reserve function.%目的 探讨患者血清抗苗勒管激素(AMH)在腹腔镜下单侧卵巢囊肿剥除手术前后的变化及其价值.方法 对86例单侧卵巢囊肿患者分别测定术前及术后1、3、6个月的AMH、促卵泡激素(FSH)及雌二醇(E2)水平,同时进行窦卵泡计数(AFC).结果 69例完成整个回访的患者根据病理类型分为内异症组(39例)和非内异症组(30例).两组患者AMH在术后1、3、6个月均低于术前水平,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且内异组血清AMH均低于同期非内异组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);FSH、E2及AFC术后1个月均发生变化,但在术后3个月即可恢复正常.结论 单侧卵巢囊肿剔除术后卵巢功能受到一定程度损害,且子宫内膜异位囊肿更为显著.AMH对评估卵巢囊肿术后卵巢储备功能具有较高的敏感性.
