目的 了解2013年至2016年浦口区学龄前儿童血红蛋白水平及贫血状况,为干预提供依据.方法 采集29630例学龄前儿童无名指血,采用干化学法,应用优利特血红蛋白分析仪(URIT-12)进行标本检测.结果 29506例学龄前儿童血红蛋白检测值>110 g/L,124例学龄前儿童血红蛋白检测值<110 g/L,贫血检出率0.42％;其中男童64例、女童60例,贫血检出率分别为0.41％和0.43％.农村儿童12882例、城镇儿童16748例,贫血检出率分别为0.60％和0.28％,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.117,P>0.05).轻度贫血122例,中度贫血2例.结论 加强学龄前儿童身体健康状况的监测,了解其营养状况,发现异常情况,及时进行干预,采取去除病因、补充铁剂、制定有效的防治措施、加强营养知识的健康教育、纠正儿童不良生活习惯、配合合理喂养及加强护理等方式方法,可以有效降低儿童贫血患病率,减少贫血对小儿生长发育的影响,促进学龄前儿童身心健康成长.%Objective To understand the hemoglobin level and anemia status of preschool children in Pukou District in -2016 in 2013,so as to provide evidence for intervention. Methods The acquisition of 29630 preschool children finger blood by dry chemical method,application of Uritest hemoglobin analyzer (URIT-12) were detected. Results 29506 cases of hemoglobin in preschool children,the detection value of more than 110 g/L,124 cases of hemoglobin in preschool children,the detection value of less than 110 g/L,the detection rate of anemia was 0.42％; of which 64 were boys and girls in 60 cases,the detection rate of anemia was 0.41％ and 0.43％. in 12882 cases of children in rural areas,urban children in 16748 cases,the detection rate of anemia was 0.60％ and 0.28％,the difference was not statistically significant (χ2=0.117,P>0.05). 122 cases of mild anemia,2 cases of moderate anemia. Conclusion To strengthen the monitoring of health status of preschool children's body,to understand the nutritional status,the abnormal situation,timely intervention,to remove the cause,the iron supplement,formulating effective measures to strengthen the health education of nutritional knowledge,bad habits of children to correct,with reasonable feeding and strengthen the nursing method,can effectively reduce the children the prevalence of anemia,reduce the impact of anemia on the growth and development of children,promote the healthy growth of preschool children.
