In the past two years of declining investment levels, the primary cause of change among textile machinery manufacturers serving the dyeing and finishing sector has been the need for greatly reduced manufacturing costs, to enable them to cope with both the present situation and future fluctuations in demand. These economies and efficiency-boosting measures have been achieved through several strategies.
