As in any industry or endeavor, education is key to your success. The same is true in the field of chocolate and confections. The amazing thing about education is that it never stops. We have members in our organization who have been in the candy business since they were born, yet they are always learning. They understand that as technology and automation bring about change — and as their customers change — they need to understand these changes and adapt accordingly.
