Abstract：This paper reviewed the nursing experience of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in patients with pemphigus vulgaris who developed secondary hypertension, diabetes, severe fatty liver, lung bacterial infection, gynecological fungal infection, chronic insomnia, and severe depression. The highlights of TCM nursing were as follows: knowledge of TCM compatibility education, methods of TCM decoction, moxibustion care, dietary guidance, and mental care. After two months of treatment and nursing, the patient's wound surface completely healed, dose of hormones therapy was maintained to a low level, and the physical status is well.
