China has implemented “Middle School Teachers’ Professional Standard (trial)”, “Primary School Teachers’ Professional Standard (trial)” and “Kindergarten Teacher Professional Standards (trial)” for over four years. However, in the actual operating level, these teachers’ professional standards have bad influence on teacher’s critical thinking and the alienation relationship between teachers and students, so this article tries to summarize the teachers’ professional standards in developed countries based on the current our country overall education background, and comes up with several suggestions for Teachers’ Professional Standards in China.

机译：中国已经实施了四年以上的“中学教师专业标准（试用）”，“小学教师专业标准（试用）”和“幼儿园教师专业标准（试用）”。但是，在实际操作水平上，这些教师的专业水平对教师的批判性思维和师生之间的疏离关系产生了不良影响，因此本文试图根据当前我国的总体情况来总结发达国家的教师专业水平。教育背景，并针对中国的教师专业标准提出了一些建议。
