We report eight patients from our tertiary careneurologic outpatient department treated withanti-CD20 therapies, of which six showed negative SARS-CoV2-antibodies [cut-off value fornegative tests/assay: anti-nucleocapsid IgG 1.4Index Alinity (Abbott, Abbott Park, IL, USA);anti-spike protein IgG 12.0 AU/ml; LiaisonSARS-CoV-2 S1/S2 IgG (DiaSorin, Saluggia,Italy)] after a symptomatic infection with positiveCOVID-19 PCR nasopharyngeal swab. Theremaining two patients had a strong positiveresponse for anti-spike protein IgG (64.6AU/ml)with negative anti-nucleocapsid IgG or a weakpositive response for anti-spike protein IgG(29.3AU/ml) and positive anti-nucleocapsid IgG(2.9 Index), respectively.
