Two reports from EU-OSHA provide a look into how psychosocial factors affect the safety and health of managers and workers in Europe's workplaces. The reports, "Management of Psychosocial Risks at Work" and "Drivers and Barriers for Psychosocial Risk Management," follow up on the agency's earlier survey, "European Survey of Enterprises on New and Emerging Risks," which found that only 3% of businesses are addressing psychosocial risks in a "fully holistic and systematic way."
