OSH professionals have access to many training tools and resources. However, the most valuable tool are the employees who bring with them hands-on experience and a desire to learn. As Benjamin Franklin said, "Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn." Today's OSH trainers must involve their adult employees to improve their learning.
