摘要

[...] the importance placed on teaching in the Bologna process has resulted in an increase in the set number ofhours that every student has to take and every teacher and professor has to teach, and the consigning of courses to a regular, repeated pace. [...] I would like to address the proposal to educate generalists and provide them with specialist's training. If you look at the numbers of cases in the United States over the last four or five years, where professors have been intimidated, have been pushed out of their positions, have in fact been denied tenure on political grounds, the fact is that it's mostly the junior faculty.
