摘要

The evaluation suggests that of the 14 respondents, 11 who had previously not considered it, would now consider a career in radiography. Therefore, the open evenings are clearly successful in terms of their potential to affect recruitment. However, unless these applicants are followed up, we cannot conclude this with certainty. In terms of awareness-raising, 13 of the 14 respondents said they had a better understanding of the role of a radiographer as a result of the events. The open evenings clearly have the potential to satisfy the aims of both recruitment and awareness-raising.
