摘要

As a result of modern beer production procedures becoming more industrialized and fully automated, the systems are becoming "black box" like. This has caused the younger generation to loose touch with the "real" process of beer making and the quality of workers would not be maintained in the near future. To make up for these gaps derived from changing business conditions, Sapporo establihsed the "Sapporo Academy of Brewing Technology," an in-house school.
