摘要

Beer was packaged and pasteurized at different temperatures and then stored at different temperatures. The brewery taste panel then tasted the beers at regular intervals and ranked to beer sin order of preference. Results showed that for any pasteurization temperature, sotrage temperature had a greater effect on the deterioration of beer quality.
