摘要

Derivatives of azacrown-ethers containing in their side chain pharmacophore groups were synthesized and their pharmacological activity were studied. It was shown that compounds investigated to possess the wide spectrum of psychotropic activity. The compound containing in its structure GABA residue was found to possess the most high nootropic activity. This substance has substantial advantages by its antiamnestic and antihypoxic effects over gammalone, piracetam, phenibut, oxybutirate sodium -drugs, that widely used in medical practice.
