摘要

Since the mid 90's, mobility management measures have been used to influence the choice of transportation means in favour of public transport. However they have been rarely applied in the context of leisure traffic. The scope of this study is to determine a conceptual framework for mobility management measures regarding the field of recreational facilities. The article uses the quality perception of public transport by its users as a possible instrument to evaluate the opportunities to change the modal split by introducing mobility management measures. The objective of the analysis is to determine the percentage of public transport users who consciously choose to use public transport rather than private cars. The methodological approach used in the study is based on the assumption that only a high acceptance of public transport services amongst its users is able to convince other visitors of leisure facilities to change from private car use to public transport.
