"一流"高校和学科建设正在实施,未来三十余年的高等教育发展规划从此有了新的蓝图,而研究生就业仍然存在过度教育问题,难以紧跟"双一流"建设的步伐.研究生就业问题的原因是多方面的,最根本的原因在于研究生的供给超过了社会的需求,以工作竞争模型结合演化博弈理论进行实证分析能够很好地解释这一现象.今后,政府、企业、研究生自身需要协调发展,尽可能降低我国过度教育的发生程度从而减少教育资源的浪费.%The construction plan of world-class universities and first-class disciplines is implementing,and the higher education's development planning has a new Blueprint,but over-education is still a problem for post-graduate students'employment which is difficult to keep up with the pace of the"Double First-Class"construction. The reason for postgraduate's employment problem is various,but the most fundamental one is that the postgraduate 's supply surpassed the needs of the society.In this paper,we analyze the postgraduate's employment problems by the Evolutionary Game Theory and the basic of the Job Competition Model.Through the above research,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the postgraduate's employment problems from three aspects:government,enterprise and postgraduate student,so as to reduce the degree of over-education and the waste of educational resources as soon as possible.
