The study proposes an organizational profitability, productivity, performance (PPP) model, which could integrate and enhance the two basic approaches of TQM and BPR with a synergistic perspective. It emphasizes the use of the components of quality, people, customers, adaptability, business processes and leadership for the successful implementation of the model. (20 refs.)
