摘要

Due to global competition, the need for increasing the efficiency in the public sector in part with private business is felt necessary. Prom a community perspective, the performance of the public sector services is an integral part of community prosperity. Thus, many public sector services have adopted TQM philosophy to enhance service quality and improve performance. This study focuses on the effect of job standardization and the core concept TQM has on service quality in the public sector. (52 refs.)
