Let Z_F(G) be the F-hypercenter of a finite group G. In this paper we investigate the structure of a finite group G under the assumption that all maximal subgroups of Sylow subgroups of the generalized Fitting subgroups of G lie in Z_F(G). Our works generalize some recent results of Asaad and Ramadan's.
