As of July 1, POSCO will replace the current position titles of employees, team manager and group manager with team leader and group leader. POSCO has achieved the desired business target of attaining fast decision-making procedure in its own way since 1995 when it introduced team unit system to the corporate organization, but still finds it needs a change in the organization seeking the roles of flexible e-leaders who will lead the change and improvement of the company to meet the fast-moving era in the judgment that the decision-making procedure has not shaken off the previous style in the operation of department organization.
