摘要

The experiment was conducted to find out the optimum level of nitrogen and potash for obtaining maximum productivity of onion at College of Agriculture Research Farm, Bikaner during the year 2001-2002. The maximum TSS, allyl-propyl disulphide, nitrogen content in leaves and bulb and uptake of nitrogen and potassium were also higher with treatments of nitrogen 150 kg and potassium 120 kg ha~(-1).
