A 61-year-old Caucasian man was referred to our clinic with a 3-year history of an enlarging growth involving his nose. The patient reported that the lesion was not painful or pruritic, but he was progressively experiencing difficulty breathing through his nose as the mass continued to grow. The patient was also troubled by the stigma of his condition and was becoming increasingly more socially isolated. Before his presentation to our clinic, he had never sought treatment for this condition.
