摘要

Highly luminescent CdSeS quantum dots have been assembled in polymethyl methacrylate transparent composite (abbreviated as QDs/PMMA) through a prepolymerization method. The spectroscopic and kinetic studies of green-emitting CdSeS QDs dispersed in PMMA matrix are investigated by use of femtosecond laser excitation compared with that suspended in toluene and close-packed coated thin film on silica substrate. Steady-state spectroscopy of QDs/PMMA is blue-shift 2 nm than that of dispersed in toluene but is red-shift about 9 nm than that of close-packed thin film. The kinetic characterization interpreting peak shift and difference between them is the change of relative intensity between band-edge and trapping state.
